I have had the pleasure of working directly with Aaron Nowaczyk of Firefly throughout our Mobility Deployment process, and his tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me. As Aaron’s direct customer, we worked together on deploying over 1000 active lines. Aaron’s incredible social adaptability has let him excel in relations with his clients. His uncanny ability to anticipate the client’s needs, made our integration process extremely smooth. His flexibility also allowed him to quickly switch tactics when we had unforeseen circumstances. Aaron was our go-to person for this deployment, which spanned across the country.

I have had the pleasure of working with Firefly for the past 4+ years. I was first introduced to Firefly by an AT&T rep when we had some old equipment that we were looking to resell. Since then we have become close partners in business. There was a time when we were seriously looking at moving our mobile accounts away from AT&T to another carrier, Firefly stepped in and helped eliminate some of the issues we were dealing with and helped keep us working with AT&T. They have become an important part of the team and an important partner to Center for Autism and Related Disorders.

Firefly Telecom is one of our “go to” partners from a sales and opportunity perspective. We have worked with them on many opportunities and have closed several deals over the past few years. They consequently are actively looking for companies that may be a “good fit” for our solutions.

Asavie Technologies (AccessMyLAN from AT&T) and Firefly have had a very successful working relationship for over 36 months and continue to work closely today in the AT&T Solution Provider channel.
The regional account team at Firefly continue to engage and involve their regional AccessMyLAN resource to ensure that opportunities are not only qualified, but also to ensure the customer enjoys a smooth onboarding process for the solution and receive any ongoing support they require.
Throughout our time working together, we have closed many deals, including some quite complex and large opportunities with focus on excellent customer experience.
As a further testament to our working relationship, Asavie Technologies (AccessMyLAN from AT&T) has conducted on-site training at the Firefly Foothill Ranch office in California, as well as conducting regular webinars to ensure that all are up-to-date on the AccessMyLAN from AT&T solution.

Over the last few years, our partnership with Firefly has been instrumental in our continued success as a mobility application solution for AT&T customers. The Firefly team continues to assist our sales teams on a weekly basis with fulfilling orders for our sales partners and customers. Firefly has gone above and beyond in supporting our account teams during the sales cycle, even providing assistance with the resolution of any technical/ordering issues on plan activations for our product. In addition, Firefly representatives across the U.S. have done a good job prospecting and bringing sales leads to the table for our team. This has led to significant account wins and added to our revenue stream.
In the last week alone, the Firefly team connected us to another sales opportunity with a web design business in Dallas, Texas, which has resulted in a notable plan sale and a reputable name to add to our client portfolio.
