Channel Manager

Firefly is a leading telecommunications consulting firm and technology master agent dedicated to advocating for our partners nationwide. The Channel Manager will be expected to support our existing partner roster while evangelizing Firefly in the marketplace. The topmost goal to win new partners and support them driving opportunities through Firefly’s supplier base. Success will be measured by the growth in both overall partners and revenue generated by the partner base. The CM will achieve these goals by developing strategic business plans to drive revenue and partners. They will be responsible for personal ongoing training and development as well as that of partners. The channel manager will be expected to meet or exceed agreed upon goals. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Attracts and trains new partners to achieve recruitment and sales goals
- Actively manages relationships with existing partners to drive new revenue
- Attends functions and industry events to recruit new partners on a monthly basis
- Collaborates on business plans and reviews performance for all active partners
- Achieves 100% of monthly quota
- Acts as the face of Firefly in the marketplace
- Acts as first point of contact for customer escalations
- Funnel management in Salesforce
- Attends trainings for new products and technologies
- Maintains a high level of competency in all products and promotions
- Travels a minimum of 20% of the time
- Responsible for the total revenue of Firefly’s partner channel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of success achieving targets
- Must be a self-starter and advanced problem solver
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships
- Proficiency in business writing and oral communication
- Desire to work in fast-paced team environment
- Detail oriented with ability to easily adapt to change
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to balance multiple relationships and tasks in an efficient timeline
- Solid understanding of telecom industry and product sets
- Fluent in Excel and MS office suite

We specialize in partnering with our clients to fully understand their business processes, needs, and goals. The role of the Regional Director is to foster relationships with qualified Business and Public Sector accounts to become their trusted advisor for telecom related projects. Services include but are not limited to Mobility, UCaaS, Security, Connectivity/SD-WAN, and Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through existing client relationships, strategic partnerships, and individual prospecting efforts
- Ability to set and run point on client facing appointments
- Project manage customer deployments
- Provide high level of customer service to account base
- Exceed monthly sales target
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be a self-starter and advanced problem solver
- Minimum 3 years telecom experience with experience selling to small to medium sized business clients

The role of the Mobility Acquisition Specialist is to prospect into small to medium sized businesses for new for new wireless revenue. Firefly partners with all major domestic wireless carriers, and the candidate will have the ability to sell their clients the solution that best meets their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through existing client relationships, strategic partnerships, and individual prospecting efforts
- Ability to set and run point on customer appointments in person or via teleconference
- Project manage strategic customer deployments
- Provide high level of customer service to account base
- Ability to forecast sales results and exceed monthly targets set by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be a self-starter and advanced problem solver
- Minimum 2 years experience selling wireless solutions
- Proficiency in business writing
